PoseidonPoseidon is the god and protector of the sea. His symbol of power is his trident. His parents are the titans Rhea and Cronus. He married Amphitrite, granddaugter of the titan Oceanus. He has one son, Tritan. His siblings are Zeus, Hera, Hades, Demeter and Hestia. His roman equivalent is Neptune. Poseidon's sacred animal is the dolphin. He is also the creator of horses. He created the horses for Demeter. Poseidon controls hurricanes and earthquakes too. He is second only to Zeus in powers amongst the gods.
